首相生气了！
最近燃油大幅度涨价，引致各个行业都竞相起价，把燃油涨价的负担转嫁予消费者。负责减少燃油津贴，导致燃油价格暴涨的首相对调整燃油价格后百物涨价的现象，感到愤怒。他更呼吁消费人团结一致，共同监督物价上涨的问题，由消费人来决定物价或服务费是否有必要调整。
作为消费人，我们应该热烈响应首相的呼吁，共同“监督”物价上涨，维护消费人权益……
首相说，他不了解为何政府把许多必需品列入统制品行列，如拉茶叶，可是小贩还要调高拉茶价格。我作为消费人，这点倒是略懂一二。泡一杯拉茶没有用到燃油，煎一块印度煎饼也没有用到多少食油（不是燃油），似乎和燃油涨价扯不上任何关系。可是，煮茶煎饼总得用煤气吧？除了燃油涨价，煤气也涨价了。涨幅不怎么样，大概20％吧。因此，如果物价真的可以由我这个消费人决定，我实在不忍心对卖拉茶的uncle aunty们说：“不能起价！”
首相也提及，他难以想象燃油起价如何与泊车扯上关系，并使到经营者必须向公众征收额外的停车费。我一百巴仙认同首相的话，因为我搔破脑袋都想象不到这当中的关系。还好，那天我到茶餐室喝茶时碰到一个中年正向他朋友大发牢骚。他的牢骚正好解开了我对停车费涨价的疑惑。
从他们的谈话中得知，这个uncle有一个典型的小家庭。他的妻子是家庭主妇，育有三个尚在念小学的孩子。他说因为汽油起价，导致他家庭的开销每个月至少增加200零吉。汽油费、煤气、食物、屋租、巴士费（孩子）等，样样都涨，就是薪水没有涨。这其实如硬硬扣除我们20％的薪水没有两样，生活水准直线下降20％。听到这里，我在想这位侃侃而谈的uncle到底从事什么行业？如果刚好他是经营停车场的，他会不会提高泊车费呢？而如果我是负责维护消费人权益，监督物价上涨的“正义之士”，我到底应不应该阻止他涨泊车费呢？阻止他涨价，是一个“正义”的行为吗？
百物随着燃油涨价而水涨船高，政府不断地以“打击奸商起价”的廉价宣传来转移大家的视线，却对问题的根本――燃油价格暴涨，只字不提。这好比一个恶霸打到你终生残废后，却假惺惺地谴责医生没有好好地医治你一般。而刻意淡化反对声音，乐于刊登官方解释多过民间心声的媒体，就是恶霸手上的扩音器！
躺在病床上的你，如果还是选择相信恶霸的话，那就继续举起你残废的手指，歪着你残废的脑袋，大声地责骂那无辜的医生吧！

sometime our politikus and so call guest speaker in radio make me sick. i remember in 1997 economic crisis goverment also ask us to change lifestyle. ubah cara hidup. and this quest speaker speak in radio how he 'ubah cara hidup', he said before that he went to saloon for hair cut and wash his hair weekly in saloon. now he go to india barber for hair cut and wash the hair himself. from this he save rm100+ per month. he also seldom go to restaurant now but eat nasi campur. but for people like me who have my hair cut in india barber shop and eat nasi campur, how we ubah cara hidup?
i also remember one of our 'yb'(yang bodoh?) said hawker in pasar make untung melampau because the ex-farm price of chicken is rm3 but they sell in pasar at rm5. this 'yb' forget after process/slaughter a chicken weight 2kg in farm maybe only weight 1.5kg.
i think most of our politikus are AI. you know what is AI, artificial intelligent? you are stupid but you pretend very intelligent, this is call AI.

I think, this will never end. If you want to dig out the past, then why dun look back 500 years before? How much does petrol cost that time? Unless you go and stay in Mars, or else you will have to face inflation. Just stop blaming for other and think what you can do to improve your income. I know that blaming for others will be easier for ourself to change. Instead of blaming government for increase the price of the petrol, why don't use your time to think what you can do next?

the official figure for inflation rate is 4%, they unoffficial inflation rate especially for those in kl maybe 10% or more. this inflation is cost push, no because demand push. nasi campur i used to eat now is rm4 instead of rm3.50. anyway i dont blame the nasi campur people because thier cost of doing business had increase and their living expenses increase too. a typical family will 2 school going kids easily need to spend extra rm200 every month as Lih kang wrote.
what is the point our enforcement officers go all out to check the hawkers but the course of all this inflation is because of 30cts hike in petrol price? why mas can have sub-charge of oil but school bus operator can't?
